Why use our All Inclusive Printing Program vs. traditional leasing?

Our All Inclusive Printing Program allows customers to benefit from no capital expenditure on printing equipment and just focus on the core business. If you decide you need more capacity we can either upgrade your printer or add a second one without the cumbersome process.

All of our deals cover your equipment under a service contract while you have it so there is 100% piece of mind that you never have the surprise of a service bill.

We can also get you the option of including ink in your deal or not. If you include ink we come up with a square foot price based on average usage. If you decide to print in a higher quality mode your square foot billing is still the same. Need to print with white ink? That also does not change you all inclusive pricing.

How we figure out your specific square foot billing rate?

We look at the piece of equipment you are interested in and provide options based on rental term, whether ink is included and typical print volume. Your all inclusive rate will decrease base on higher print volume.

Is there a monthly minimum volume?

We offer customized pricing ranging from no monthly volume commitments to a set minimum. Our all inclusive pricing gets lower based on your company’s monthly minimum volume .

What happens if I don’t reach my minimum volume I committed to?

Just like your cell phone plan any unused square feet will roll over to future months. In a future month if you go over your minimum volume and you have square feet in your unused bank it will be deducted from there with no added billing.

Does my square foot rate change if I go over my committed volume?

Yes, your square foot rate will decrease once you go over your committed volume. As part of your agreement we will negotiate this number with you.

What is the typical length of the program agreement?

We typically have customer commit to a term of 3-5 years for this agreement. That said we can design a custom agreement term if you are looking for something outside of this.

How do I get service if my equipment has an issue?

We keep all of your equipment under service contracts with the manufacturer for the length of your agreement. If you need service please reference the phone numbers below for your specific printer.

How do I order supplies?

Please email customerservice@psfg.co for all supply needs. We will ship these out to you via UPS Ground the same day if the order is received by 3pm PST.
